Scholar (aitutor.sparkstudio.info) is an IGCSE tutoring product operated by SparkStudio. This page explains what we collect and how we use it while the product is in early launch.

What we collect

• Account details you provide (email, display name, or Student ID)
• Authentication data from Google or email/password sign-in (via Firebase)
• Tutoring activity: conversations, quiz results, progress, and usage of lives/subscriptions
• Billing records needed to process payments (handled by our payment provider)
• Basic technical logs (errors, request metadata) to keep the service running

How we use it

• To provide tutoring, save progress, and manage your account
• To process payments and prevent abuse
• To improve teaching quality and product reliability

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use processors that help us run the product (hosting, authentication, AI inference, and payments). They process data only to provide those services.

Retention & your choices

We keep account and learning data while your account is active. You may request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us at stone623101@gmail.com.

Children

Scholar is intended for secondary-school students with parent or school involvement. Parents or guardians may contact us about a student’s account.
