By using Scholar (aitutor.sparkstudio.info), you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review and approve your use.

The service

Scholar provides AI-assisted IGCSE tutoring. Physics is offered as a full subject experience; Maths, Chemistry, and English may be marked Beta and can change without notice. Biology is not currently offered.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Email accounts can use password reset. Student ID accounts must contact an admin to reset.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share credentials, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Payments & lives

Paid plans and top-ups grant usage entitlements (for example, lives or unlimited access for a period). Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once entitlements have been delivered. Pricing shown in the product is in USD.

Acceptable use

• Use Scholar for personal learning; do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• AI answers can be incomplete or wrong — verify important exam work with teachers and official materials.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during early access. We do not guarantee exam outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, SparkStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
